You can use this form to enquire about booking a room at Balby (Doncaster) Friends Meeting House. Before you fill it out, you will probably want to look through the further information on our Rooms Available.

When we receive your form submission, we will get in touch with you to confirm the details, provide any additional information that would be helpful for you, and place a booking if you wish to continue.

Main Meeting Room. Seats up to 80.

Small Room 1 without kitchen. Seats up to 20.

Small Room 2 with kitchen. Seats up to 20.

Please note that the two small rooms have a removeable separator. Small room 2 with kitchen must be included if food is to be consumed – food must not be consumed in the main room.

What equipment will you use?:

Whilst we may not be able to provide this equipment we may be able to offer advice. Any electrical equipment you will be using must be safety tested.
